Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, OfficeOnDemand has appointed a Grievance Officer to receive and address concerns about our handling of personal data and about conduct on the platform.
Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days. Post may be sent to the registered office above. If a grievance is not resolved inside that period, it may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.
