How much does it cost to list?

Nothing upfront. We charge a transparent success fee only when a match converts into a signed lease or sale. For lease deals, our fee equals one month of agreed rent. For sale deals, our fee is 1% of the agreed sale value. If no deal closes, you pay nothing. Full terms in our T&C.

Who handles the photos?

For most buildings, you upload your own photos and our admin team reviews them before they go live. For a select set of ~15 anchor buildings, we send a professional photographer at no cost.

What information do I need to provide?

Basics: building name, address, photos, available units with rent and area. We also collect KYC documents (PAN, GST, ownership proof) during onboarding.

How fast do leads come?

Depends on your locality, pricing, and property type. Anchor buildings in prime Mohali/Chandigarh corridors typically see their first qualified inquiry within 1–2 weeks of going live.

Can I list multiple spaces?

Yes — most of our owners list multiple properties. Just mention all of them when you join the waitlist; we’ll onboard them together.
